Someone threw paint off their balcony. Who does this kind of crap? Who throws white paint into their neighbors flowerbeds??? Over the 13 months I have lived here I have found hundreds of cigarette butts, trash, dozens of broken clothespins, dozens of plastic bags, underwear, a pig nose… I’m sick of it.
