This week’s recipe was Buttermilchplinsen from the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This state runs along the beautiful Baltic sea coast of Germany, and it’s biggest city is Rostock, where we lived in 2004-2005. I never had these while there, but I’m guessing these are more a home cooking dish than something you’d find in a restaurant. [...]
