Beef… it’s what’s for dinner

I found a great recipe for beef stroganoff on Epicurious.com recently (I love this site). I used ground beef instead of beef strips (because that’s what I had on hand) and I thickened it with cornstarch, but it was delicious and I highly recommend it. Though it was a bit more work than Hamburger Helper.
