This week’s challenge was Berliner Frikassee (Berliner Fricassee). Normally, when I think of Berlin cuisine, I think, “I’m not really that hungry.” The fricassee I encountered in Berlin was usually rubbery chicken and overcooked white asparagus in a bland cream sauce.
