WEBUM 2009 will be taking place the weekend of September 4-6 in Munich. Come meet fellow expat bloggers (including moi), tour Munich and drink some beer in a real Bavarian Biergarten. I sadly missed the last two meetups in Dresden and Bremen, but the one in Bonn in 2006 was a blast. And what happens at WEBUM, stays at WEBUM, so don’t expect to experience it vicariously through us bloggers!
I don’t think you need to be a blogger to attend, but I’m a little fuzzy on this detail. Why not start a blog! For more details, check out the WEBUM discussion board (to access the board, you need to sign up for an account and either be an expat blogger or know an expat blogger who will vouch for you).

Guests of discussion board members are welcome at the meetup and also on the board. They’re just not allowed to participate in the decision-making process.
