There are a lot of Zwetschge recipes in the book, so we can get started on some of those. I'll take a look for the Kluten, the book isn't quite handy at the moment.

Any Zwetchge recipes in the book? I saw some in the store this week! Also, I had these things called Bremer Kluten recently. They're like candy. Are they in the book?

Sounds like your berry bowl experience had the same rave reviews in your house! Our bowls were also thin, but I didn't know if that was b/c I used reduced fat buttermilk or not. Either way - yummy!
