Just curious. I figure if you’re reading this blog, we probably share some interests, and you probably share interests with some of the other readers of this blog. Would maybe be nice to have a list of you guys so that we can all follow each other. So, if you’re on Twitter, leave your Twitter username in the comments. I’m @AmiExpat, by the way.
And if you’re new to Twitter, I’d recommend Tweetdeck to help keep track of what’s going on. It’s a much better interface than the Twitter webpage. If you’re a blogger, you should have your new posts fed to your Twitter account. I use Twitterfeed. I almost don’t go to my Google Reader anymore, I get updated about new posts through Twitter, then I often run out of time to get to other blogs. Twitter can be time consuming and addictive, just to warn you. You can also get your Tweets synched with your Facebook status using the Twitter app.
Do you have any recommendations? People to follow? Applications to use?

Cool, I set up twitterfeed. I don’t really check/remember twitter that often so it will be nice to have my blog updating it automatically.
What’s your twitter name? I don’t think I’m following you.
I am, but you already knew that.

I tweet, and I know we follow one another. I haven’t tried feed or deck, but I do use twitter to update facebook. I’ll have to get on twitterfeed though for sure.

I already follow you! (I’m @NorthwestLady) I know Twitter can do so many things and that I know a small fraction of them. Is there a site where I can learn it all (and not Twitter’s main site… not impressed). Like, where can I search for topics that people tweet?

@carol: Hmmm, if you use Tweetdeck software, you can search for terms and keep a column open, then all tweets with that word in them appear there. To get the most out of Twitter, it’s worthwhile to follow the blog Twitter Tips (http://www.twitip.com/)
