Whiney Expat Blogger Meetup

Initial location planning is going on over at Germany Doesn’t Suck for the autumn Whiney Expat Blogger Meetup. Nominations at this point include:

Dresden

3 – 4 hours from Bonn/Cologne

Nürnberg

Regensburg

Munich

Mosel/Eifel

Frankfurt

Darmstadt

Cologne

Wildeshausen

Bremen

With a small infant, I expect I’ll only attend if it’s nearby. Nürnberg has gotten some interest, except that we don’t know of a blogger that could show us around. Are you reading this from Nürnberg???

Wherever you are (it doesn’t need to be in Germany, as long as you’re willing to make the trip over here!), get over there and have your say in where we should meet up!

@lisa: Thanks! I haven’t had a chance to talk to Rainer yet, I’ll email you soon though (tomorrow probably).

@Amanda: Get over there and vote for Cologne then! (We met in Bonn last November) ;-)

Stay tuned, Lynda. I expect the blogosphere (or at least our little corner of it) to start lighting up any day now. Are you registered at http://www.expatbloggersingermany.com?

I am located in Minden near Hannover. I had my first baby here last summer… and have just found out the next comes in October. I have friends here that speak English but they just don’t understand our silly US humor. I could use an easy going meet-up. Anyone in this general area… the more the merrier!
