I arrived back in Virginia on Thursday afternoon. It turns out my grandfather has stage IV cancer that has spread to the local lymph nodes. I plan on staying here for the next month to help care for him. It’s been a bit stressful so far and my back is killing me from all the stuff I have to do, but it’s okay. I need to exercise and lose weight. Ugh.
